Met with Rafael to test drive the CR-V Hybrid Sport and truly liked the vehicle. Also, met Juan on their inventory and pricing for a vehicle. However, initially the dealership didn’t believe they had a veh truly liked the vehicle. Also, met Juan on their inventory and pricing for a vehicle. However, initially the dealership didn’t believe they had a vehicle with the color and options we wanted, e.g., a Silver Touring model. During discussions we actually noticed a vehicle on the lot that we wanted. The vehicle was available but not placed back in the computer from a cancelled possible sale. With Rafael and Juan’s assistance and support, we were able to agree on a price and acquire the vehicle we currently have and we are very pleased and happy with the purchase.
