Let me tell you about frank! He sells the car.. with no personality at all.. I guess that’s why he’s on the Costco program since he doesn’t have the gift of gab. He was alright he tried his best..tried to leave the rubber Matt’s out as well as a spare key then tells me he doesn’t go away after the sale of the car.. a month goes by.. the car breaks down brand new. I text him.. well guess what? He can care less doesn’t even tell me my car is at the wrong dealer and can’t get fixed.. doesn’t help get a car.. tells me “a car is a machine and machines break” well I think I know that much.. then continues to argue that things happen.. I get it things happen but have a solution and get me help ASAP... I had to email the owner of the dealer to finally get a rental... on the bright side the service department is fabulous and very kind.. they know what customer service is about. The cherry on top is I go to pick up the car and frank comes walking out the door .. he goes OIL CHANGE? Yeah ok frank.. remember last week when you told machines break.. what a disaster More

picked up loaner car and drop off Jeep to fix oil leak Everything went smooth and and it was my first time getting a loaner car. It was a pleasure doing business at East Hills during these difficult times. Everything went smooth and and it was my first time getting a loaner car. Tire blowout I had one of my tires blowout as as was on my way home from the city. I put the spare on and called the dealership. I spoke with Jon Piansky who tol I had one of my tires blowout as as was on my way home from the city. I put the spare on and called the dealership. I spoke with Jon Piansky who told me my tire was covered due to the wheel and tire protection I bought that I totally forgot about. He ordered the tire for me and had it the next day. When I got to the dealership the next day, he had my car in and fixed very quickly. You gotta love these guys! More
