Everytime I have called to make an appointment I have been able to get in right away. The service has been timely also. The showroom is clean and they provide snacks and drinks while you wait. This was my first time coming to BMW of Sarasota and I was very impressed. Upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted by the attendant. The waiting area is HUGE and comfortable. My service advisor, Raphael, greeted me with a smile and explained the recommended services I would be receiving. He asked if I had questions and gave an understandable explanation. I was very impressed with the technology used by BMW of Sarasota. After my technician, Alan, completed the multipoint inspection he shared a video of all the areas that were addressed. This was AWESOME!! I am so looking forward to having my car serviced here. They certainly care about their customers and their customers’ cars. More
