The service people are attentive and helpful Rafael indicated that it might take longer to look at my car due to the holiday (so he made no false promises); however, Courtesy was able to get the Rafael indicated that it might take longer to look at my car due to the holiday (so he made no false promises); however, Courtesy was able to get the job done quickly and Rafael called me right away to say it was completed and ready for pickup same day! So far, every experience I've had with Courtesy Service Dept has been very positive. More

Oil change tire rotation Rafael helped out a lot and the technicians got the vehicle in and out very quickly. I also had another issue with the vehicle that wasn't related to Rafael helped out a lot and the technicians got the vehicle in and out very quickly. I also had another issue with the vehicle that wasn't related to maintenance and they fixed the reclining handle on both front seats. Appreciate the help and will continue to use courtesy chevrolet service for the life of the traverse. More
