Neglectful and unprofessional Let me start with the fact that I left multiple voicemails and never received a call back. I had to go to the service center at 4:00 pm 11/28/18 to se Let me start with the fact that I left multiple voicemails and never received a call back. I had to go to the service center at 4:00 pm 11/28/18 to set up an appointment for an oil change. Rafael told me to arrive at 6:40 am on 12/4/18 for my appointment even though the service department doesn’t open till 7:00 am which I was unaware of! I feel like I wasn’t attended to properly and didn’t receive adequate customer service. Even though I still have a free oil change I feel like the way I was treated I shouldn’t even bother coming back! More
