Love my Trailblazer!! I had been looking for a RED Chevy or GMC Blazer-type vehicle all over the state of Missouri. I called several dealerships, and they either didn't have what I wanted after I got there or they did, but there was something wrong with it and they basically wanted to sell me something else. Rafeal emailed me and asked what color specifically I was looking for and it happened to be the background of his picture on his email! I told him that and also asked him not to waste my time showing me anything else. He said, "I think I have what you want!" My husband and I drove over and Rafeal had my beautiful Trailblazer washed and shining inside the garage and I was in love. He let me keep it overnight and I just couldn't take it back. I let he and my husband negotiate and I couldn't be happier! I still love it! More

AND she was buying it herself with her money not mine, so it was important to both of us that she do all of the work herself and that she feel comfortable with her decision. She really did her homework, consulted several dealers of several makes, then worked with Rafael over the course of a week, chose to lease, and got a cute Toyota Corolla S. She's thrilled with her car and I am thrilled that Rafael took the time to help a "newbie" navigate a very complicated process. It mattered a great deal that Rafael has worked with many Mizzou students and was very patient! More
