Technically this dealership should get a ZERO but that is not an option. The salesman Jalil was very nice and knowledgeable, but he had to give me to one of the managers to continue the deal. I felt like I was just a number, the manager did not make sure I understood how to operate the car new features, and I was also driving without my car registration for 2 weeks. I tried numerous times to call and was put on hold for over 25 minutes each time.! I had left multiple messages regarding my needing my registration and NO ONE CALLED ME BACK! I finally was able to go in person to the dealership and was met with an uncaring receptionist who never apologized for the confusion, nor did any manager come out to apologize, nor did the financial person. Today I called Jalil and asked to speak to a manager and they apparently are too busy. Jalil was very apologetic for the confusion. As far as the managers, TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! NEVER WILL I BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN! More

Dealership had excellent service. I was able to complete the deal that we wanted. From start to finish, it did take about 4 and a half to 5 hours, but that is the typical time it take I was able to complete the deal that we wanted.
