I was lied to, I was sold a vehicle with a bent frame that holds the lower control arm to the driver side wheel, with an open recall,with the blind spot sensor’s not working witch I repaired by laying on that holds the lower control arm to the driver side wheel, with an open recall,with the blind spot sensor’s not working witch I repaired by laying on my back under the vehicle for many hours to remove dried mud that was completely covering the sensors, the whole under carriage of this vehicle is loaded with dried mud, the vehicle came from Utah where they had lots of mud slides, the front park assist sensors don’t work, there are 3 different tires on the vehicle, the wheel well covers are completely gone on the front passenger side, and then the engine light came on and the code was a fuel pressure sensor, so I told the dealer about all this and they did nothing to fix the problem, I paid around 40 thousand dollars for a vehicle that I can’t trust to drive, it is a 2025 Ram Laramie 1500, I asked for a refund with no reply. More

I've had my Sedona for about 10 years now, it's got nice low miles ( 73k). It's not the prettiest, but it gets the job done. We had about 100 (hyperbole) recalls that we hadn't addressed, I was able to make low miles ( 73k). It's not the prettiest, but it gets the job done. We had about 100 (hyperbole) recalls that we hadn't addressed, I was able to make a same day appointment, within an hour, actually. I was greeted and checked in and everything was clearly explained. They offered me an Uber, even though recalls don't bring money. When the recall ended up taking longer than expected due to required software updates, they even sent an uber to pick me up and take me to the rental car agency! The van is in great shape, the communication was great! I didn't have to call over and over, in fact, I never called, because they called first. More

Your service center is very incompetent. They sit around all day talking. They knew nothing about my car that I bought there. That’s how stupid they are. I found it myself. I’m giving you a bad rating on every site that I can. More
