I started working for Brandon Tomes Subaru in July of 2023. I love getting to know my customers and providing them with a comfortable, happy experience. Outside of work I love hanging out with friends or listening to music. When I have time I love watching or playing sports especially football and basketball. I love Subaru and look forward to getting a BRZ or a WRX soon!

This dealership treated me very well. We purchased a 2016 Ford Escape and they worked with us on the pricing and fixing some issues I identified during the test drive. We ended getting a loaner, that they offered, because the vehicle we purchased had to go through their inspection process and fix some minor issues. The salesperson who helped us was Chris Gandara and he was a good guy. Very honest and not pushy. Rafay kept us in the loop with how everything was going while we waited for our vehicle. From sales to finance, everyone was great. The only ding I have for them is that they don't advertise their vehicle prices with the packages they include on every vehicle. They worked with me on the pricing but unfortunately, a lot of dealerships use this tactic in a dishonest manner. I would encourage them to inform potential buyers in their ads that the vehicles have packages that will cost more than the advertised price. Like I said though, they worked with me on that particular point. For their part, they never tried to hide the cost or anything like that. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from them. More

I was in the market for a car and searched online. I sent an inquiry about a car I was interested. Rafay emailed me about my inquiry, he offered his help. The reason I decided to go with this dealership was because Rafay was not pushy but replied to every question I had. I scheduled an appointment, and the first thing I noticed when I arrived at this dealership was the diversity of its employees, and I loved it. I felt welcomed and not pressured at all. QB did an amazing job explaining the financial part of it. Everyone at this dealership possess great customer service skills. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
