Bought out my lease. No major issues. Handled financing approval over email and went to dealership to sign. Even though I had asked everything be ready I still had to wait about 30 mins. when I got there approval over email and went to dealership to sign. Even though I had asked everything be ready I still had to wait about 30 mins. when I got there then there were still documents that had to be printed out while I was sitting there. And so many forms. Probably not their fault so much as the overall corporate setup. I think BMW needs to get with the times on virtual contracts- this could all have been handled over DocuSign. We are in a pandemic and I didn’t want to sit in a dealership for 1 1/2- 2 hours honestly. But the guys there were super nice to me and they’re just doing their jobs to the best of their ability. And overall I’m happy with my transaction. More
