I was pleased with the sales department service and information but two hours to complete the paperwork seemed unnecessarily long. Also when I picked up the car, my salesperson was not available and th information but two hours to complete the paperwork seemed unnecessarily long. Also when I picked up the car, my salesperson was not available and the instruction I received was very minimal because everyone was too busy. I do plan to go back for more instruction. I love my car. More
