Poor communication - had my car for a whole day and i had to call 3 times to get a response. Kept it a whole second day due to 'crazy day' to get the 2nd row seat unlocked and figure out a squeaky noise. W to call 3 times to get a response. Will not go again - this was my first visit with my brand new car. More

I typically go to glen allen dealer but I recently moved to Midlothian so I tried this dealership. I just felt like they were money Hungry. I went for an oil change but I know they already do multipoint ins to Midlothian so I tried this dealership. I just felt like they were money Hungry. I went for an oil change but I know they already do multipoint inspection when they do oil change but I inquired if I can get an inspection too since I had less than two months to get a new one, well without talking to me they just took off the sticker (although it wasn’t dead yet) and tried to get me to pay $600 for ONE tire in replace for the one they failed me for that had a little bubble in it. I had something similar happen to the last dealership but they just advised me of what was needed since my inspection was still good but not this one. I feel like they should’ve checked with me first prior to taking it off since I still had plenty of time to get a tire. So that happened the then my car was there for almost a week and didn’t get a update or call back until I was outreached about having their loaner car too long when I never got a call back in the first place. Don’t wanna talk bad about the company but I do feel like that could’ve been handled way better. More

First time with Ragina and was very pleased with her level of service, attentiveness, and ensuring I was being taken care of. The wait times are boarder line excess when you have a 4 hour wait. The car wash was sub par as they clearly did not clean the windows and still had hand prints on the hood from service. More
