Ragina was amazing and so was Ms Doyle from the parts department. I never experience this type of service before from no Benz service department. Ragina went far and beyond to ensure I was talking care department. I never experience this type of service before from no Benz service department. Ragina went far and beyond to ensure I was talking care of and that the loaner was ready. I can’t say enough how wonderful they both was. I drove all the way from Woodbridge to have my vehicle serviced it took me 1hour and 30 min. I’m going to make that trip again when I need the service. I’m a retired solder and they both took care of me. Job well done… More

Don’t like the service charge with credit cards. Luxury dealerships shouldn’t do this. It cheapens your credibility. Also shows greed. You punish your customers for using a credit card.
