Don’t like the service charge with credit cards. Luxury dealerships shouldn’t do this. It cheapens your credibility. Also shows greed. You punish your customers for using a credit card. Regina at the Midlothian Mercedes Benz service is the best. She takes personal interest in ensuring car is taken care of. Good communication skills and most importantly ensures any issue is taken care o best. She takes personal interest in ensuring car is taken care of. Good communication skills and most importantly ensures any issue is taken care of. I came to her from abroad street Mercedes Benz’s service which I was not happy with. OMG it is a mark difference between Broad street and Midlothian . Even though both owned the same parent company but Midlothian one feels like true Mercedes class service. More
