Best experience we’ve ever had. Haggling was non existent. We went to buy a new civic which are sold out everywhere. They asked if we’d be interested in seeing a certified pre-owned Haggling was non existent. We went to buy a new civic which are sold out everywhere. They asked if we’d be interested in seeing a certified pre-owned which turned out to be a 2022 Sport Touring with only 5k miles. The list price was way over our budget but the manager asked what price would get us to take it. The number gave I expected to get laughed out the door, but 10 mins later he was back with a quote for that exact number out the door. It wound up being probably 7k less than what list price plus taxes and fees would have been. Rahim was an outstanding salesman, the used car manager was exceptional and really cared about helping, and Tyler the finance manager tied the knot on a truly great experience. If you’re thinking about using Priority or Checkered Flag, stop and come to Hall. You won’t be disappointed. More
