Unprofessional, unwilling to negotiate, throws tantrums and just plain rude he snatched the sales paper work out of my hands and walked away because he wasn’t willing to negotiate $568 I’m a retired Navy and just plain rude he snatched the sales paper work out of my hands and walked away because he wasn’t willing to negotiate $568 I’m a retired Navy Veteran of 23 years and brought my daughter who is active duty Air Force to Hall Honda to purchase her a new car. She has a pre approved check from NFCU for $32K and Fernando treated us horribly because we tried to negotiate and wanted him to come down from $32,068 to $31,500 so that she could be under her check amount. More
