Everyone was very helpful and courteous without being pushy. My sales rep Rahul was the first to greet me and allowed me time to look around the showroom until I had questions. From that point on he answered all my questions and helped put a deal together that I was satisfied with and enabled me to drive a new car home tgat day! More

We were impressed by the ease and speed of the purchase process. The test drive was excellent with a mix of freeway and surface streets allowing for a good feel of how the car handled and rode. We were accompanied by Gabriel, one of the BMW Genius team members, who was extremely knowledgeable and really helped us understand and experience the true potential of the car. The negotiation process was quick and lacking in drama or theatrics - a very pleasant surprise. The sales team was focused on providing a “white glove” experience and we were very happy with the overall experience and absolutely love the car! Follow-up by the sales manager to ensure we had a smooth purchase and delivery was also very much appreciated. More

When I purchased the vehicle I added Chrystal fusion to the windows. I had other options also purchased, left the car for 3 days and when I picked it up, there was no paperwork for anything done and the cr the windows. I had other options also purchased, left the car for 3 days and when I picked it up, there was no paperwork for anything done and the crystal fusion was not done. I have been trying to get this rectified for weeks and still don’t know when this will be done. Really nice given I just spent $96k on a car and can’t get this resolved. More
