I was recommended to the dealership by a friend who knew the owners son. My initial visit to the dealership everything moved pretty quickly, no time was wasted, which was great. I was shown a vehicle and given an estimate of cost, monthly payment and they even went out of their way to add options to the vehicle without making me pay for more expensive package. It took a couple days to get the vehicle ready and I would say the only thing that I considered negative was the salesman was a little short with me on the phone when asking him to check on some information for me. And also when I got there to finish getting the truck they seem to have a backlog in the entire checkout process. There seems to be two people that do the finance portion and there was a couple of us waiting and I would say the most time I waited during the entire process, I waited about an hour and a half. Everything else was good including the girl who shows the car and it’s features, she’s polite and gracious and has a great personality, was the best part of the process and I would recommend using this business and I would definitely use it again. More

Was able to purchase a nice used truck and received a fair trade in value on my vehicle the dealership has a good selection of trucks to purchase All though process when smoothly there was a few issue fair trade in value on my vehicle the dealership has a good selection of trucks to purchase All though process when smoothly there was a few issues I never got to meet the internet sales guy who I made the appointment with sort of bait n switch Finance department never discussed how long I wanted a loan for and gave me a 72 month loan with a high interest rate even though I had excellent credit score The sales man although very low key and did not pressure the sales but waited to the end to inform me that their is only one key for the vehiclwhich cost me another $250-$350 to replace And would not even split the cost If it wasn’t for the two issues I would have given 5 Stars I enjoy the truck More
