Nice facility. Salesman Joe Smith was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Only hiccup was a misspelled address that required all the paperwork to be re-done and kept us at the dealership for an ex knowledgeable and helpful. Understanding that the dealership was working in trying times there was poor if not little communication going on. While it is true gifts were offered to make up for it I am sorry to say it didn’t stop the times there was poor if not little communication going on. I was told to make an appointment to have the bed liner installed for which I did being told it would take a couple of hours what would be a couple of days.
