I was told the car was inspected. 3 days later while driving on the highway at 60 mph a lou Purchased a 2013 Certified Pre Owned Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I was told the car was inspected. 3 days later while driving on the highway at 60 mph a loud bang occurred causing me to almost hit the median on the highway. I dropped the car off Sunday and was informed I wouldn’t be given a loaner car. In addition they gave me one after arguing and told me I’d be called the following day. No manager or anyone for that matter has called me and it’s been 48 hour. You’d think a manager would call after paying $6500 down or for the fact I almost crashed. The dealer did not check the rust rot on the car. I’m scared to pick up the car for me and any of my passengers safety. More

But my comfort did not end there, the finance gentleman, Raj was no pressure, but clearly informed of services, optional warranties available and financing which I didn't need, but gave me a better deal because I financed for a few months only, and saved me money. The ladies of insurance transfer and registrations had it done in 15 minutes, with a smile and the only phase that took a bit of time was new car prep, that's because this dealership sold so many cars to satisfied customers on a Thursday afternoon, that my car took an hour to be ready, WELL WORTH IT!!!! I hate the process of buying a new car, until Security Dodge, I proudly wear their plate frame on my license plate!!!!! Love my car!!!! More

Met with the manager/owner who also showed me some add on's and offered them below cost. From start to finish, they greet you, open doors, offer coffee and water, the operation proved to be experienced, seamless and have all the proper system to move vehicles. More
