The car was not on the lot and my family had to ride in a car to go to the lot where the new inventory is kept and to drive the car back to the dealership following Mr. Kang, in addition, we drove with no license plate, not even dealership plates and this is a violation of New Jersey state law. THIS is unprofessional and unacceptable in all matter of conduct. More

I had an appointment at noon and the sales person, Raj, was there to greet me at the door. He had a car ready for me to test drive. The rest of the transaction went very quickly and in less than 3 hours I was there to greet me at the door. He had a car ready for me to test drive.
