We had previously stopped by Lexus to look at some of their smaller vehicles and Ralph greeted us, gave us his card, and told us to come see him if we needed anything. He never pressured us, and made us feel welcome. That was enough for us, and upon deciding it was time to trade in my Yaris, my husband went straight to see him, said he really knew his stuff. He had our keys to the CH-R in hand within four hours, and on a Saturday no less! Ralph truly has a heart of service towards people and it shows in his demeanor and professionalism. We will seek him out when it comes time for another Toyota! More
