First time customer and extremely satisfied. I decided to provide this review based on our positive experience with a dealer we had not previously purchased a car from. We live in Marietta and a I decided to provide this review based on our positive experience with a dealer we had not previously purchased a car from. We live in Marietta and are not close in proximity to Jim Ellis in Atlanta. However, when searching for a particular new car for my daughter, we came upon Jim Ellis (who had the lowest price but was located the furthest within our search range). Although the price between their two websites was different, we were able to clarify things with the General Manager who was very easy to work with. Before getting to that point, we reached out thru their website link thru Autodtrader and within a very short amount of time Nicole reached out to us to assist us with our new car search. She was extremely helpful, quick and got us the feedback we needed in less than a day in order to make a decision (the vehicle we purchased had an expiring rebate). Once we agreed to a price over the phone with the general manager, he sent us a quote via e-mail. We then drove across town (~1hr) and upon reaching the dealership were greeted soon by Nicole and Ralph. They made the entire experience easy and fairly quick. Pleasure doing business with them and we'll return should we have a need in the future!! More

New SUV ordered/delivered Process went smoothly and vehicle was delivered in about 6 weeks, earlier than originally forecast. Also, Kathy, in inventory control, was very helpful with info as order moved through production. All in all, a smooth process. More

Finance Experience I didn’t like/nor enjoy the fiancée experience after having such a great interaction with Blake. I purchased a vehicle on Friday and left with the vehicle and didn’t even get any paperwork for the car till the following Tuesday. You all do a great job advertising and staying in communication when someone is looking but once they come in after the sales person the service isn’t a good. I wanted to know options once i purchased on if there was a return policy and your internet person couldn’t answer or get back to me on that. I felt like when i went in to the finance office i was being pressured to get gap coverage which exceeded what i wanted to pay; however, instead of focusing on that and having me feel like i was making a bad decision it would have been better to say you can’t return the vehicle even if the next day. When a customer has to feel like they aren’t important and have to wait 4-5hrs to purchase and then pressure applied on the decision of what they can afford they won’t want to come back to buy again. If it wasn’t for Blake Kenya i would have left because i felt like he valued me as least as a customer. More

Paperwork We came on a Saturday to purchase truck, they didn't tell us that they didn't take debit card so called the bank to transfer funds to pay for truck an We came on a Saturday to purchase truck, they didn't tell us that they didn't take debit card so called the bank to transfer funds to pay for truck and that's when we was informed. They also ran my credit when I was paying cash, on top of that we had to return 3times and still haven't got paperwork for truck that we paid cash for. This was very unacceptable if this is how you treat people who are spending money...i will not tell people about this dealership. More
