Professional. good service and value price. Good friendly service from a Jim Ellis dealership as you would expect. Salesperson greeted promptly and courteously. I ended up ordering a new GMC AT4 Good friendly service from a Jim Ellis dealership as you would expect. Salesperson greeted promptly and courteously. I ended up ordering a new GMC AT4. Then after a couple of weeks we found out the factory was not accepting new orders anymore. Manager and sales person then located the exact truck in IL and had it shipped to ATL. SOLD ME A NEW VEHICLE THAT THEY HAD BEEN USING AS A LOANER TRANSPARENCY IS NOT IN JIM ELLIS BUICK GMC'S VOCABULARY, BUT DECEITFUL SHOULD BE IN THE DEALERSHIPS MISSION STATEMENT!!!! There's not much to be said TRANSPARENCY IS NOT IN JIM ELLIS BUICK GMC'S VOCABULARY, BUT DECEITFUL SHOULD BE IN THE DEALERSHIPS MISSION STATEMENT!!!! There's not much to be said other than don't trust Jim Ellis Buick GMC of Atlanta. I purchased what was suppose to be a new GMC Sierra Denali that without disclosing to me prior to my purchase had been used as a new car loaner. When I got the vehicle home I went to sync my phone to the vehicle and found another individuals name and phone had already been synced. I then call that individual to ask why his number was synced to my truck and he told me that Jim Ellis had given him the vehicle as a loaner for over a week. My first question is how can they sell a vehicle as new if it had been used as a dealership loaner without disclosing that information to the buyer? DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, ANY DEALERSHIP! More
