There's not much to be said other than don't trust Jim Ellis Buick GMC of Atlanta. I purchased what was suppose to be a new GMC Sierra Denali that without disclosing to me prior to my purchase had been used as a new car loaner. When I got the vehicle home I went to sync my phone to the vehicle and found another individuals name and phone had already been synced. I then call that individual to ask why his number was synced to my truck and he told me that Jim Ellis had given him the vehicle as a loaner for over a week. My first question is how can they sell a vehicle as new if it had been used as a dealership loaner without disclosing that information to the buyer? DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, ANY DEALERSHIP! More

Also, as an out-of-state buyer, I was overcharged on my sales tax. I'm still waiting on my check, and whenever you call the dealership, it is sad that no one seems to be able to handle business if one key person is out.
