We explained to him what we needed for our business, and Rami delivered, it was the easiest car shopping experience I ever had!! Rami explained every aspect and option of the vehicle to me and followed up with a call if I had any questions. I've purchased many vehicles before, in my honest opinion, he is by far the best sales person I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I was also impresed by Rafat Alamawi, GSM. The professionalism he exuded was far above my expectations. He was respectful, courteous, and had great knowledge of the vehicle that we purchased. We also met with the finance manager, Yasin Yassin. Now, this gentleman was amazing!! Yasin did an amazing job with our financing of the vehicle, it was seamless!! Rafat recommended that we speak with Rami Alamawi, as we were already at the lot. We spent several hours of our day at the dealership and the entire experience was pretty amazing!!! Everyone we met was professional, helpful and respectful as well as down to earth, "normal", and fun. Rami not only got us out from under our failing minivan, but also into a BRAND NEW Chevy Traverse that has plenty of room for our little family and then some! I went to Phillips Chevrolet on a recommendation of someone I know -- he told me to look for Rafat. As I pulled up, his brother, Rami, was actually standing outside in the snow helping to direct me someone I know -- he told me to look for Rafat. Once I noted that I was looking for Rafat, Rami told me he was his brother and we began discussing what I was looking for in a car. I had come into this dealership having had a sub-par experience at another Chevy dealership, and wasn't quite sure what to expect. Rami blew all my expectations out of the water -- he was professional as well as extremely knowledgeable and personable. Although we focused our discussion on the Impala, I am sure that if I had been interested in another model he would have been just as knowledgeable. After going over my top "wants" in a car, Rami was able to pull up a car that matched almost everything I was looking for, including my price range. We took it for a spin and I knew that this was likely the car I would be buying. Rami introduced me to Rafat once we got back to the dealership, and we talked some numbers. Everything was very comfortable and casual -- at not point did I feel any sales pressure from either. Before movingn forward, I had wanted to look at another brand of car just to be certain, and Rami and Rafat were totally understanding. After investigating the other brand, I determined that the Impala was in fact the right car for me and returned to Phillips to sign the paperwork. Rami was there to walk me through the process, and even took me on a tour of the facility and helped me get acquainted with my new vehicle. He made sure I had all my questions answered and was personable and enthusiastic throughout the process. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Phillips, or to recommend the dealership to a friend, especially working with Rami and Rafat. More

This is not my first time at phillips chevrolate, for the past ten years i have been buying cars from there, and thats because of the great service that i got from RAMI Alamawi as a sales person,and RAFAT Al past ten years i have been buying cars from there, and thats because of the great service that i got from RAMI Alamawi as a sales person,and RAFAT Alamawi as a sales manager !! I was greeted very nicely, Rami showed me the car and was very helpfull, he even brought me coffee and water which was really nice, he did the paper work really quick, made an appointment for the next day to pick up the SUV, because they had to put a package A on it . Rami got me a loner withen minutes, i went home very happy and satisfied, i got a phone call from him the next day to confirm the time i am going to pick up the car, i went, the car was ready to go . I am thinking about buying a sports car soon, and guess what, i am only going to buy it from RAMI and RAFAT at phillips chevrolate, RAMI ALAMAWI and RAFAT ALAMAWI are great sales people, and i am really satisfied,thank you guys :) More

I have been dealing with Phillips Chevrolet for 2 years now and I have to say I doubt if I go anywhere else. He had me in and out so quick I just couldn't believe it (we all dread the long hours spent when purchasing). I'm also the one to thoroughly check out the numbers and paperwork during a new signing of a car. Everything checked out and Rami actually was able to get a better deal then my own credit union. Best way I can sum it up is no matter where you go in Illinois, Rami and/or Phillips will give you the best price. Rami was very helpful, well informed about the vehicles there and took great care of me from beginning to end. I also want to mention Phillips Chevrolet was the ONLY dealership with the car I wanted with the color and features in their inventory...no one comes close to their right off the lot options. I highly recommend Phillips Chevrolet to anyone currently looking to purchase and be sure to ask for Rami, you won't be disappointed and will be very pleased with deal outcome.
