I first walked into Phillips of Frankfort after about thirty years I had been dealing with another brand for about twenty five years. While I was in there for a service visit which I had made in advance the service manger said they were sorry but I would have make another appointment to get my vehicle serviced. if this had happened once I could somewhat under stand but this was the fourth or fifth time. so I went into the sales department to talk to the salesman that had sold me the last three vehicles. Sorry he works across the street now! so at that point I started looking around. I thought about Phillips Chevrolet I had bought a couple cars their in the late 60's and early 70's so I stopped in on my day off and was immediately asked by one of the salesman, if he could help me. I am HIGHLY impressed with the internet representative Jesika Jules, and the internet setup. Jesika was extremely knowledgable over the phone, getting me all the information I needed before driving down Jesika Jules, and the internet setup. Rami is extremely pleasant, professional and gave us no small chit chat - right to business, which WE love and were impressed his sales style. Originally we were going to use 0% financing, and Rami showed us that it was to our benefit to utilize the rebates - saved us $1600 more - even when you add in the finance interest! I was looking for a new 2013 Silverado ex/cab 4x4. I went to Dralle Chevy in Peotone and got a price. I then went to Phillips and met Rami in sales. He showed me his stock and they had an identical truck in to Dralle Chevy in Peotone and got a price. I then went to Phillips and met Rami in sales. He showed me his stock and they had an identical truck in MSRP, same options (window price) as the one at Dralle. He gave me a price that was $3000.00 less than Dralle! Let me add that was with no haggling or back and forth negotiations. Needless to say I was so happy I did not purchase from Dralle in Peotone the day before. I had almost lost $3000.00. Rami was straight forward and had all the answers. He filled the truck with gas and we finalized the deal in short time. I coulnt be more pleased. When purchasing a car I never have to hesitate because philips chevrolet is the only dealer I go to!
