Very smooth and no pressure - what a nice surprise! I found this car using TrueCar. I never even heard of Auto City before, but they had the car I was looking for. I was hesitant at first, especially I found this car using TrueCar. I never even heard of Auto City before, but they had the car I was looking for. I was hesitant at first, especially because of my past experiences with used car dealers, but I figured I'd at least go check it out. I spoke with Denis and gave him a timeframe that I would be there and once I got there, he was ready, they moved the car up for me; he took a photo of my drivers license and off I was to take it for a spin! Truthfully, it was awkward (in a good way) because the experience was so different than others. I didn't buy the car on the day I test drove it because it was a holiday and I wanted to check with my credit union for financing first. I asked if I could give them a deposit to hold it for me and they did. I went back the next day ready to make the purchase and they were able to find me better financing terms too. Ramil jumped in to help wrap up the transaction because Denis had come in on his day off to help. Both of them were great to work with and like I said, no pressure either. One of my friends noticed I bought my car from Auto City and he said they were great to work with when he bought his car there too. If I have to give a negative, the only negatives were that they didn't fill up the gas tank when I bought it like some dealers do, BUT I did get it for a good price! and the time it took for the paperwork, which seems to be common anywhere you go. Long story short, I'd check them out and see what they have next time I go to buy another car and I would recommend them to others. I also watched the video presentation that they did on the car online before I saw the car in person, showed a lot of class. More
