I was internet shopping late on a Saturday night, and having found a car that I wanted to check out, I used the "Text Dealer" option (not actually expecting a response until the next day.) About 5 seconds after the automated text response (i.e.- "we're closed, but we'll text you back during normal business hours"), I got a text from Tim. He checked to make sure the vehicle I was inquiring about was still available, and then set up a time for me to meet with a colleague the next day, since it was his day off. I was very impressed at his friendly demeanor & promptness, at 10:45pm on a Saturday night. I ended up working with Ramil, who was also fantastic! He helped answer all of my questions, and made the process SO smooth and easy! I'd driven quite a few cars in the past few weeks while shopping for this car, and Ramil was the only guy to 1) offer a SOLO test drive, and 2) not try to upsell me on some other/newer car. Those two things made SUCH a difference for me! During the paperwork process, when he reviewed all of the optional products (extended warranty, gap insurance, etc.) he was very informative; highlighting the benefits and calculating the monthly cost of each, yet he wasn't pushy about selling them. I felt like he genuinely wanted me to find the right vehicle with the right options... and that is a RARE thing in the car buying process! I'll definitely recommend Auto City to my family/friends. Really didn't feel ready to take on a new vehicle or go through the typical games at a dealership. But Auto city was recommend to me by my older brother who had recently made a purchase with them a few weeks prior. I showed up, met with ramil who was very professional and didn't try to pitch makes and models at me. Instead he assisted me to the lot, told me if I had any questions to let him know. I didn't feel like I was being pressured or played at all. The lot is neat, and car info is neatly located on the top left of every window (make,model,mileage,etc) after picking a few ones I liked. I settled on one. Took it for a spin. And pulled the trigger on the purchase. I was without a car for 5 hours. Ramil was very helpful while filling out the paperwork. Very knowledgable and also helped me get a solid deal on low monthly payments. I recommended this auto dealer to my mother who is also set to make a purchase sometime this month. If anyone out there is sick of dealership run around and word games These are the guys you wanna talk to. More

Even when it was terrible, they made it ok again We purchased a 2007 Tundra from these folks in early Dec 2015. The truck was PERFECT. No dents or dings. No major scratches. Interior perfect. They made it easy for us to buy it and we drove it off the lot that night. A few days later the truck died in the middle of the road. And before I scare you off let me just say it was no big deal. After the dealership had it towed to their lot at no cost, we found out the sender inside the gas tank was bad. In short we were out of gas even though the gauge said we had 1/4 tank. ABSOLUTELY NO WAY FOR THEM TO KNOW THE SENDER WAS BAD! But what is important for you to know is that these guys stayed late to wait for the tow truck to arrive with my truck. They got on it the very next day and before Noon I knew the reason the truck had died (even though it was a bit embarrassing to be told we were just out of gas). The truck was fixed free of charge and they even offered to rent us a car for the time our truck was down. Sometimes xxxx happens. And it's really nobody's fault. But it's good to know that with these guys, when xxxx happens, they take care of it the way it should be taken care of. And We were very grateful for that. More
