Awful Experience at Weston Volvo - Rude Management and Had to Return My Car I had a truly disappointing experience at Weston Volvo. I went in hoping for a smooth car-buying process, but instead, I was me Had to Return My Car I had a truly disappointing experience at Weston Volvo. I went in hoping for a smooth car-buying process, but instead, I was met with frustration, poor communication, and complete lack of professionalism. After purchasing a vehicle, I quickly discovered issues that were never disclosed to me. When I brought this up with the dealership, instead of trying to help, Luis Sotillo, the manager, was extremely rude and dismissive. To the point where he went into the finance room and. Said "the car psycho lady is back. He showed zero interest in resolving the situation and made me feel like I was just an inconvenience. It was so bad that I ended up returning the car, which should never have been necessary if they had been transparent and respectful from the beginning. I expected much better from a place like Weston Volvo, but this experience was nothing short of a disaster. I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business here. More

I had a great experience visiting Weston Nissan / Volvo dealership and searching for a used certified SUV there. Daniela helped me go through several vehicles there and was very patient with me, and let me dealership and searching for a used certified SUV there. Daniela helped me go through several vehicles there and was very patient with me, and let me test drive each one so I can decide which one I liked the best. The whole team there helped me with the process of making a purchase of a certified SUV and stayed there late to make sure everything got done for me to drive my new vehicle home. Daniela even went the extra mile and helped me return my rental vehicle the next day. I really appreciate everything everyone there did for me. They all helped me get a great vehicle for a great deal!! Thank you so much!! More
