I was not looking forward to the auto buying process at all but was so pleasantly surprised with Herb Chambers KIA. The staff was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire buying process, from test driving to picking up the car, and every step in between. Senee O'Connell made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived at the dealership and matched me up with sales person Ramon Amilll who was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. It was a very relaxed setting and I instantly felt more at ease here than at other dealerships I had visited. Ramon returned my calls even on his days/nights off and took time to explain and demonstrate the many features of the vehicle. He returned my calls even on his days/nights off. There was zero pressure throughout the entire process and I felt very confident with the product and extremely pleased with the pricing. What more can you ask for with the car buying experience!?!?! Brake pads Terrible company. My wife asked them to get brake pads replaced, they charged double the price of higher end parts from autozone (50$ autozone, 100$ h Terrible company. Then their labor rate was 135$ an hour, and they spent 3 hours on a 1 hour job.... Super overpriced, when confronted about this they pretty much said F-off this is what you will pay. More

No hassle, stress-free experience I was interested in a Kia Sorento so I visited the Kia dealership in Burlington. I was introduced to Ramon Amill. I was extremely pleased with Ramon. I was interested in a Kia Sorento so I visited the Kia dealership in Burlington. I was introduced to Ramon Amill. I was extremely pleased with Ramon. He was very laid back and low key. Just what I want in a car dealer. He let me test drive a Sorento and then I noticed a Sportage which I was very interested in. He took the time to go over all the details of each car. I drove both and came back the next day to drive them again. He was extremely patient and informative. I had many questions about each car and he took the time to answer each and every question without being annoyed or pushy to sell me a car. I ended up buying the Sportage and so far, I LOVE it!! If you are looking for a no- hassle experience , go see Ramon. He is awesome. On a last note, I find the financing process experience somewhat along the lines of a bad root canal. the financing process was a breeze! I dealt with Stu Sterling and he made the process painless. He went over all my options and made sure I understood every part of the process. I am truly impressed with everyone at Kia of Burlington. More
