I had a very good experience buying a new car at Grand Subaru. Ramon was easy to work with, and clearly believes in the cars he is selling (he owns two subaru's himself). After being in a terrible car accident last winter, I knew I needed a safer car so Subaru was the ticket. The dealership itself is easy to get to and very clean inside. I worked with Ramon and he was instantly friendly and helpful. Super easy to talk to - Not overbearing, condescending or pushy like the common stereotypes. Ramon was so chill and extremely patient with me. I wanted to make the right decision so it took us over the course of about a month and quite a few test drives for me to find the one! Seriously, I can’t believe he was so patient. He also made time for me even though I could tell he had a lot going on. Made me feel like I was important even though I still hadn’t committed to purchase. I’ll be back again when it comes time to get a new Subaru! Oh and also special shout-out to Brandon who helped make everything simple to understand at the end of the process. More
