Hello and thank you for taking the time to get to know me! I am Married with a mixed husky named Loki that we adopted at one of our Subaru adoption events. I also have a spotted Gecko named Yoshi that loves crunchy crickets for dinner! I was born and raised as a kid in Chicago, however I moved to Carol Stream a few years ago. I also lived my teenage years in a small town in Puerto Rico called San Lorenzo where my love for Subaru's was found. I have owned 4 Subarus so far and my current one is a 2020 Outback Onyx for me and my wife! I lost my first Subaru impreza years ago in a head on collision but it saved my life as I walked away with only bruises! I enjoy all things Marvel Comics, some videogames, movies and working out on my spare time. I love to have fun making the best buying experience possible with all my clients here at Grand. This was our second lease from Grand but we still had numerous questions. Ramon was patient and thorough. All questions answered patiently. We reviewed the new (to us) features in the car and took it fo numerous questions. Ramon was patient and thorough. All questions answered patiently. Ramon was very helpful in getting me a price quote in advance of my test drive and coordinating a financing application. He said the price wouldn't change when I came in to the dealership and was good o advance of my test drive and coordinating a financing application. He said the price wouldn't change when I came in to the dealership and was good on that promise! The dealership itself never tried to trick me in the paperwork I was signing - I had heard horror stories about other dealerships doing this and was relieved to find out that Grand isn't like that. All in all, it was a relatively hassle-free purchase experience. Two hours in the dealership, and in advance just some emailing back and forth and one phone call. Would definitely recommend Grand to anyone looking to buy a Subaru. More

Ramon is very friendly and easy to talk to, down to earth and not pushing for you to purchase.
