This is my second time working with Grand Subaru, both being positive experiences. In 2020 I had ordered a Forester but it arrived right after COVID hit. I decided not to accept the vehicle due to the timing, and had absolutely no problem in receiving the return of my $500 down payment. All was handled professionally in ordering the vehicle and then in cancelling. my order. Now it's 2022 and I decided to move forward, basically ordering the same make and model of car. I worked with Ramon who was not only professional but personable. We arranged everything on-line, and with any question he was prompt in answering. I had to order the vehicle and was given a realistic time- line as to its expected arrival date. The sale itself went smoothly with no surprises. Ramon was knowledgeable, answering all questions. Since my previous vehicle was an '09 Forester, there was a lot of technology for me to learn. He let me know about an upcoming class that could be helpful. I didn't feel high-pressured at any time throughout my experience at Grand Subaru. I recommend the dealership not only for this reason but because they offer the largest inventory (in normal times), have a wonderful showroom, competitive pricing, and outstanding staff, including Ramon! I am enjoying my new Forester!! More
