Hello and thank you for taking the time to get to know me! I am Married with a mixed husky named Loki that we adopted at one of our Subaru adoption events. I also have a spotted Gecko named Yoshi that loves crunchy crickets for dinner! I was born and raised as a kid in Chicago, however I moved to Carol Stream a few years ago. I also lived my teenage years in a small town in Puerto Rico called San Lorenzo where my love for Subaru's was found. I have owned 4 Subarus so far and my current one is a 2020 Outback Onyx for me and my wife! I lost my first Subaru impreza years ago in a head on collision but it saved my life as I walked away with only bruises! I enjoy all things Marvel Comics, some videogames, movies and working out on my spare time. I love to have fun making the best buying experience possible with all my clients here at Grand. This is my second time working with Grand Subaru, both being positive experiences. In 2020 I had ordered a Forester but it arrived right after COVID hit. I decided not to accept the vehicle due to the tim being positive experiences. In 2020 I had ordered a Forester but it arrived right after COVID hit. I decided not to accept the vehicle due to the timing, and had absolutely no problem in receiving the return of my $500 down payment. All was handled professionally in ordering the vehicle and then in cancelling. my order. Now it's 2022 and I decided to move forward, basically ordering the same make and model of car. I worked with Ramon who was not only professional but personable. We arranged everything on-line, and with any question he was prompt in answering. I had to order the vehicle and was given a realistic time- line as to its expected arrival date. The sale itself went smoothly with no surprises. Ramon was knowledgeable, answering all questions. Since my previous vehicle was an '09 Forester, there was a lot of technology for me to learn. He let me know about an upcoming class that could be helpful. I didn't feel high-pressured at any time throughout my experience at Grand Subaru. I recommend the dealership not only for this reason but because they offer the largest inventory (in normal times), have a wonderful showroom, competitive pricing, and outstanding staff, including Ramon! I am enjoying my new Forester!! More

Not having a high-pressure salesperson breathing down our necks made us comfortable in not only choosing a Subaru for our next vehicle, but also our decision to get our vehicle through Grand Subaru. Ms. Chelsey LaPorta walked us through the process of financing of our Subaru Outback. She was very patient and made sure we understood our contract fully throughout the entire process. After we brought our Outback home, we also received an email from Ms. Sandy Cuttone, Grand Subaru's Director of Internet Sales and a call from Ms. Asia Moore welcoming us to the Grand Subaru Family!
