Hello and thank you for taking the time to get to know me! I am Married with a mixed husky named Loki that we adopted at one of our Subaru adoption events. I also have a spotted Gecko named Yoshi that loves crunchy crickets for dinner! I was born and raised as a kid in Chicago, however I moved to Carol Stream a few years ago. I also lived my teenage years in a small town in Puerto Rico called San Lorenzo where my love for Subaru's was found. I have owned 4 Subarus so far and my current one is a 2020 Outback Onyx for me and my wife! I lost my first Subaru impreza years ago in a head on collision but it saved my life as I walked away with only bruises! I enjoy all things Marvel Comics, some videogames, movies and working out on my spare time. I love to have fun making the best buying experience possible with all my clients here at Grand. I worked with Ramon Cintron over the course of several months to purchase a new Crosstrek. Low inventories and my request for a very specific build required a bit of a wait. He contacted me when he thought he had the right one until he found one that I liked. Throughout the process Ramon was patient, quick to respond, and always answered my questions. Overall, the process was pleasant and satisfying. I got the car that I wanted and at a reasonable price. I rate Ramon and Grand Subaru highly and would purchase from them again. More

I had the pleasure of working with Ramon Cintron. Before even going to the dealership I called and was put in touch with Ramon. I had many questions about the Suburu Ascent and the Outback. He answered all even going to the dealership I called and was put in touch with Ramon. I had many questions about the Suburu Ascent and the Outback. He answered all of my questions and even gave me a few ideas for leasing a vehicle. He never pressured me and was always courteous. When I was ready to purchase the vehicle, Ramon helped me. I have had three previous Suburu's and all from the same dealer, I didn't like the way they were assisting me, and I decided to no longer work with them.
