I've taken my car here to get fixed multiple times & if I could give them 0 stars I would. Two weeks ago I got my car towed because my engine was smoking and my air conditioning wasn't blowing out cold air. could give them 0 stars I would. Two weeks ago I got my car towed because my engine was smoking and my air conditioning wasn't blowing out cold air. I called them to let them know what was happening and they kept interrupting me when I was trying to what's going on with my car. They were just saying yeah yeah no worries we'll get it fixed. $1700 later they replaced the belt, belt pulley, alternator and battery which they claimed that those were all the reasons why my engine was overheating and smoking. I picked it up yesterday morning and they had told me that everything was fixed and that they test drove it and it was fine. A couple hours later the car left me stranded. The car was still making noise with the belt, air was still not fixed, and my car literally started smoking again. Not to mention they left parts of my car in my passenger seat & left my car in diagnostic mode so I can no longer connect my Bluetooth. So that goes to show that they did not fix anything and charged me an arm & leg for it. I'm beyond furious with them. This is not the first time this has happened either they have tried ordering parts without my permission, sneaking in hidden fees, they have never truly listened to my concerns, and quite frankly have never actually fixed my car. More
