It was nice to take it to my home dealership they were able to fix the problem that my car had been brought in for and they did it in a timely manner and I got my car back within the days they told me. They also sent me a video based on the inspection and I liked it because it was very detailed and it actually told me what was going on so I do appreciate the video and I do appreciate the great customer service I received More

Dangerous work performed on my car twice one the brake caliper was left. Loose came off could’ve killed the family second they failed to find an issue where I hit a hitch that was on the road. They never even found the problem sent my wife for the car put her in grave danger again More

We have had nothing but bad experiences with you guys. The last time we dropped off my car, we clearly communicated everything that we wanted done and also explained that we would be out of the country fo The last time we dropped off my car, we clearly communicated everything that we wanted done and also explained that we would be out of the country for 5 days because we wanted to make sure everything was done while we were on vacation so that the car would be ready by the time we got back. We told the service provider everything we wanted done, we explained very clearly what was going on with the car, and asked that a diagnostic be performed, along with checking the driver side window. We also told the service provider that Mike Peters at Enterprise car sales would be the point of contact, however, the entire time we were gone no one ever contacted Mike. We also asked that they email us if anything was urgent and never received a response. All that was done to my car the 5 days it was there was a battery charge. They literally waited until we got back after 6 days to do a diagnostic and check my window. I guess the service provider quit while we were gone, but my car should have been looked at during that time OR they should have contacted Mike Peters or us. I think your name “reliable” is pure irony, because you guys are one of the most unreliable dealerships I have encountered. More
