Only downside is the time it takes to actually go through all the details. (No different from any other dealer, I expect.) More

Ramona has been one of the best people I've ever worked with regarding large item purchases. I'm sure that notes are kept on prior customers but when I came in and worked with her for the 2nd time I felt l with regarding large item purchases. I'm sure that notes are kept on prior customers but when I came in and worked with her for the 2nd time I felt like she knew and remembered everything about me it made me feel very comfortable and happy to be there. when you buy a car you have to spend between 2 and 6 hours with your salesperson. I hope that I can work with Ramona again in the future as I will need to lease another car in 3 years and I have 2 teenage daughters who will be ready to purchase as well. Metro Toyota has been where I've gone for the last 10 to 12 years. Going there is very familiar. Everybody is always kind and courteous and I'm very thankful for the experience. More
