Ramona was wonderful going steps beyond what anyone would expect great service would be. I have to use a walker as I am awaiting hip surgery and walking, sitting,anything really, is painful. Riding in the car was not easy. I cannot even drive at this time so my daughter had to take me there. It is a 50 minute drive from my home to the dealership and I will go nowhere else for service. Ramona arranged my new lease (I am an existing lease customer) over the phone so when I came in all they had to do was print the paperwork. I dealt with Ramona on my previous lease and was very glad she was still there. She gave me all the details of a new lease and a buy out of my old lease. It is really nice, especially as a widow who, before her husband passed away, did not deal with the purchase of cars to have someone like Ramona go those extra miles to help you. When my husband was alive, I picked the colors, he did everything else. My first step in purchasing a new car or leasing was with Metro, I am so glad I went there. My deal was already arranged when I got there. They were great, they stayed within my budget, gave me what I asked for and even more than that! I never picked a color of a car without seeing it in person but Ramona guided me through the brochure of colors and explained what the colors really looked like. She helped me pick the right one for me!! She also was not only on top of everything but also concerned about me and what I wanted and needed. She made sure I got the best deal with the most that would be a benefit to me. I could not be happier about the stressful process of getting another car. She went through everything on the car itself and explained each knob, button, lever and what they did, how they worked and set many of them for me, including my phone set up. Beyond Awesome! She showed me how the mats on the back of the back seats came off and reattached and the spare tire access. I would recommend her to anyone and the dealership itself is worth the drive...everyone who saw me asked to help me, they went to get Ramona when I arrived and guided me to her desk to sit down, Ramona offered my daughter and I something to drink and brought me water. They avoided making me walk anywhere I did not have to. There really aren't enough great words to use when describing the service and people at Metro Toyota. Thank You for your continued help and you will certainly see me again!! They already set up my first service appointment so it is guaranteed! Thank You More
