He answered several questions and those he couldn’t he got the information and answered me almost immediately. I was greeted by a gentleman, unfortunately I don’t recall his name, who I assume, maybe incorrectly, was the manager. He called Mac and the young man explained his position but took the time to get someone to work with me. Ramona was friendly and courteous and fielded all my questions and concerns. I can’t express how grateful I am for the treatment I received. When I expressed dissatisfaction with the numbers Ramona took my concerns to the powers that be and I was able to get the terms I required for closing the deal on a RAV4 LXE. I would recommend Metro Toyota to others. More
