I purchased a 2024 Kia Carnival LX from this dealership and had a very positive experience initially. The sales team was responsive and even delivered the vehicle to my home about an hour away, which I app and had a very positive experience initially. The sales team was responsive and even delivered the vehicle to my home about an hour away, which I appreciated. However, the experience quickly became frustrating once it came time to finalize the paperwork. When the vehicle was delivered and I sat down to sign the documents, I discovered that multiple items were incorrect, including my name being spelled incorrectly throughout the paperwork. Because of this, the documents had to be corrected, overnighted to me, and sent back again, which unnecessarily delayed the process. I had also clearly requested that my existing license plates be transferred to the new vehicle, but this was not done until I followed up multiple times. It ultimately took several weeks to get this resolved. More recently, I’ve been dealing with issues with the vehicle’s doors and simply asked if their service department could take a look and help determine whether the issue would be covered under warranty. I was not asking them to take responsibility for the problem, only for assistance from their service team. Unfortunately, communication has since stopped and I have not received a response. The sales experience started off well, but the errors with the paperwork, the delays in handling the plate transfer, and the lack of follow-up when issues arose have been very disappointing. Customer service should not end once the sale is completed. More

I purchased a used 2013 Chevy Equinox July 25, 2025. The remote keypad was damaged very badly. I show it to Ramona the salesman and she didn"t help or say anything. I went to Rich one of the salesmanagers and he verbally promised to send a new remote keypad; as of today September 08, 2025 I haven"t received the keypad. I have been repeatedly lied to my Rich, and Tee. This is very unprofessional, dishonest, untrueful, and is definitely hypocritical. I wouldn"t receommend this dearlership to anyone. More

Hands-down the worst car-buying trip of my life. I drove from Alexandria to Winchester for a “fully inspected” used car. First lie: their 170-point checklist. Next, they demanded my SSN to check leasing, then claimed I needed a cosigner - yet I could buy without one. Red flag #1. They pulled my credit 18 times, then rolled out the car: dash lights blazing like Times Square. Asked why they sell obvious lemons, the sales director blamed “that new AI” for auto-listing trade-ins. Red flag #2. I asked how long repairs would take; he shrugged, “We don’t do mechanical stuff,” and casually admitted they lease used cars after all. Red flag #3; I was done. Leaving, they pushed an even older clunker, ran my credit again without consent, and admitted it was also unserviced. It was now 8 p.m. - an hour past closing - and I hadn’t driven a single inch. This circus torpedoed my view of Mitsubishi’s brand. From a franchised dealership I expected accountability, not junk-lot antics and reckless credit pulls. Buyer beware. More
