Hello, My name is Randy Chin. I have been with INFINITI of Naperville for over 20 years starting back when the store was located in Lisle. I have been in the automotive industry for a total of 30 years all of them with INFINITI and/or Nissan. My primary role at INFINITI of Naperville is being a Sales Rep but I also handle New vehicle inventory ordering and acquisition. I take great pride in maintaining this aspect of our business. I grew up in the Elgin/Dundee area and now live in Aurora which is only a few miles from the dealership. I am an avid sports fan and really enjoy watching the Chicago Blackhawks in my spare time.

Complete lack of customer service! Well I may be the exception, but this experience was a rough one. My biggest complaint is that no one at this dealership will return phone calls. Whil Well I may be the exception, but this experience was a rough one. My biggest complaint is that no one at this dealership will return phone calls. While my dealer was exceptional in the fact that he picked me up at the airport, and completed the sale all on his day off, he lacked in follow up! Less than (20) twenty minutes after driving off the lot in my newly purchased vehicle, I noticed a rock chip in the windshield. I immediately called my dealer, and got voicemail leaving him a message, but did not hear back from him. After a week of not hearing back from my dealer, I texted him on his cell phone. Eventually I got through to him and told him that I had received an estimate to repiar the crack. I did receive a simple text back telling me to send him the paid bill and he would get me re-imbursed. Well as luck has it for me with this experience, when the windshield tech looked at the crack under the light ,he determined that it had been previously repaired but was done so poorly that he could not fix it. I suppose that this one is on me! Then I was told by the finance guy that they are required to set funds aside from my finances to off set sales tax, but that the check for the sales tax would be sent with the titling packet. Well the titling packet arrived at my home but no check. After several more days of no check, I called my finance guy who immediately transferred me to another person named Chris. I got Chris' voicemail and left her a detailed message to include my contact information and requested her to phone me back. Well again I did not hear back from Chris, and instead actually received a check the same day in the mail. Believing that Chris would call the folowing morning, I went ahead and licensed and titled my new car as planned the next day and deposited the check for the sales tax into my account. (4) four days after contacting Chris I received another check in the mail. I immediately called back and begged the secretary that answers the phone to track Chris down as I only got her voicemail again. Chris proceeded to tell me that she cancelled the first sales tax check and re-issued the new check. I explained the circumstances and told her that had she called me as I requested, this situation could have been avoided. Now I find out that I will probably be assessed a returned/cancelled check fee from my bank. So my final answer about this dealership is NO, I would not recommend them to anyone, especially an internet buyer, because they definately fail to follow up after they complete the sale!
