Hello, My name is Randy Chin. I have been with INFINITI of Naperville for over 20 years starting back when the store was located in Lisle. I have been in the automotive industry for a total of 30 years all of them with INFINITI and/or Nissan. My primary role at INFINITI of Naperville is being a Sales Rep but I also handle New vehicle inventory ordering and acquisition. I take great pride in maintaining this aspect of our business. I grew up in the Elgin/Dundee area and now live in Aurora which is only a few miles from the dealership. I am an avid sports fan and really enjoy watching the Chicago Blackhawks in my spare time.

Not your typical car sales experience - It was GOOD! My wife and I bought a certified JX35 and traded in 2008 QX56. Our experience with Randy Chin was unlike what I have come to expect from car salesmen. Randy worked with my wife and I to evaluate vehicles that the dealership had available with no pressure. He was well informed on features and the market place. Randy was also very transparent regarding what he could do on trade-in and sales price. Both were fair offers in my opinion. Randy seemed more concerned with my satisfaction than with his sale. The dealership has a number of added offerings for consideration as well. e.g., Lifetime oil changes. I have had my cars serviced here before which has been great but this was my first purchase. After the sale was complete, Dallas was very thorough in providing a vehicle overview. More

Excellent Service and no pressure to buy. My wife and I were interested in purchasing a new vehicle within the next 1-6 months. We always liked Infinitis so we decided to stop by Infiniti of My wife and I were interested in purchasing a new vehicle within the next 1-6 months. We always liked Infinitis so we decided to stop by Infiniti of Naperville. Randy Chin was the salesperson that met us at the door and helped us that evening. Randy was very patient in answering all of our questions, allowing us to test drive 2 vehicles, and explaining their lease program. We spent at least 2 hours with Randy and not once did he pressure us into buying a car or put on the typical "hard sell". When I mentioned this to Randy, he said that his job was to provide us with the information we needed and the cars would basically sell themselves. Randy even took it a step further and recommended that we think about all the information we discussed overnight and come back the next day. I was pleasantly shocked by this since the whole time I was waiting for Randy to call in his manager so they could both hold me down and make sign on the dotted line. We were so happy with the experience that I decided to fill out a credit application the next morning so I could get pre-approved. We came back later in the evening and Randy had the car we wanted washed and ready to go. However, last minute we decided to go with a different color and model. Randy was very accommodating quickly revised all the necessary paperwork. I've always hated buying a new car since dealing with pushy salesmen was such an unpleasant experience. However, working with Randy was the complete opposite. Randy, thanks for the friendly, no pressure experience! More

Love my car and great sales professional; process long I love my new QX60 and so happy with the purchase. I started looking in Feb and Randy Chin was determine to hang in there with my husband and I since I love my new QX60 and so happy with the purchase. I started looking in Feb and Randy Chin was determine to hang in there with my husband and I since it took us 4 months to finalize our decision. Randy understood our needs and helped position the QX60 to be our leader (considering Acura MDX too). The only reason I did not give a 5 star because of the backoffice systems that took too long. Low tech process for such a high tech car. The Business Mgr was great but we had to wait for him to finish another customer and this was a Wed afternoon not like a Sat. The after-market process was unnecessary to sell us "scotch guard" and fancy car mats we were a bit put off since we just spend $50,000 on a car and did buy the extended warranty. All the staff we met was friendly but need to improve the time in the paperwork process we were there for 4 hours; and again middle of the week. I might be too critical; but I sell technology to improve business process and I felt they need some improvements in the backoffice. More
