Hello, My name is Randy Chin. I have been with INFINITI of Naperville for over 20 years starting back when the store was located in Lisle. I have been in the automotive industry for a total of 30 years all of them with INFINITI and/or Nissan. My primary role at INFINITI of Naperville is being a Sales Rep but I also handle New vehicle inventory ordering and acquisition. I take great pride in maintaining this aspect of our business. I grew up in the Elgin/Dundee area and now live in Aurora which is only a few miles from the dealership. I am an avid sports fan and really enjoy watching the Chicago Blackhawks in my spare time.

Recently purchased a 2010 Infiniti QX56. Rick Ligeza was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and did not pressure. I hate being hounded by dealerships. Rich was always available to answer my ques was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and did not pressure. I hate being hounded by dealerships. Rich was always available to answer my questions (even with multiple visits). Once I decided to purchase they addressed all my concerns and Rich made sure I was satisfied. He also found my iPhone headphones in my trade in and contacted me later. And the next day, their wonderful receptionist even found my phone charger when I asked them to double check a compartment. They do take customer service seriously. Randy Chin also did a great job of going over all of the features. There are so many! He took as much time as I needed! No rush. More

Great overall service. Leased a new JX35 and turned in my G37X with approx 4 months left on the lease. Got a great price overall. None of the employees tried to upsell anything. I drove all the way from Wisconsin and there was no last minute xx the way I faced with International Infiniti here in Wisconsin when I got my G37. Connected with Tony Saldana, the Internet Manager, initially via phone. Very knowledgeable person and great to deal with. He understood exactly what I was looking for and was very professional. Got most pricing logistics confirmed via phone before driving down and Tony made sure there were no surprises when I get there. Ray Wolski was the sales person on this one. He was very professional throughout and very easy to deal with. Randy Chin walked me through the various options and technology and was very professional throughout. All in all very positive experience and the 125 mile drive was worth it. My experience with the dealers in Milwaukee area has not been super positive. More

Went in to purchase a used vehicle, Steve was able to work out a deal that made sense on a brand new vehicle.
