Hello, My name is Randy Chin. I have been with INFINITI of Naperville for over 20 years starting back when the store was located in Lisle. I have been in the automotive industry for a total of 30 years all of them with INFINITI and/or Nissan. My primary role at INFINITI of Naperville is being a Sales Rep but I also handle New vehicle inventory ordering and acquisition. I take great pride in maintaining this aspect of our business. I grew up in the Elgin/Dundee area and now live in Aurora which is only a few miles from the dealership. I am an avid sports fan and really enjoy watching the Chicago Blackhawks in my spare time.

Fast. Easy. Painless. Internet contact was easy to make and they were quick to respond. Sales consultants were friendly and informative. Rich was excellant. He was very honest on everything we needed to know about the G37 convertible. From informing us of how far we need behind the car prior to opening the hard top to being sure to not lea needed to know about the G37 convertible. The friendliness and customer service is outstanding. As we waited for our salesman Steve to finish up with another customer Scott came and greeted us, quickly making us feel at home. He wasted no time in finding the car we came for and sent us on our way for a test drive. Steve also did and outstanding job in closing the deal making us feel very comfortable with the price we were paying. We had visited another dealer in the Chicago area the week before and although the experience was ok we we felt as if they were just trying o get a sale and not relly listening to what we wanted. Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle was so much better and we will gladly recommend to anyone who is looking for a car, whether it be new or used. More

Recently purchased a 2010 Infiniti QX56. Rick Ligeza was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and did not pressure. I hate being hounded by dealerships. Rich was always available to answer my questions (even with multiple visits). Once I decided to purchase they addressed all my concerns and Rich made sure I was satisfied. He also found my iPhone headphones in my trade in and contacted me later. And the next day, their wonderful receptionist even found my phone charger when I asked them to double check a compartment. They do take customer service seriously. Randy Chin also did a great job of going over all of the features. There are so many! He took as much time as I needed! No rush. More
