I found my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Columbia quite disappointing. When I bought the car, they really screwed me on the price. While they were "detailing" it, one of the workers at the dealership left disappointing. When I bought the car, they really screwed me on the price. While they were "detailing" it, one of the workers at the dealership left the fuel door open which then broke off in the automatic carwash. The door still doesn't close correctly. I was then given a loaner which smelled like six hippies had just taken bong hits inside. So they gave me a second loaner. This car had the same problem, but I took it anyway because I was out of time. Driving at night a couple of weeks after my purchase, I realized the car didn't have the adaptive high beam assist which my sales guy said it did. And as the weather cooled down, I was disappointed to find out that my car doesn't have a heating steering wheel, which was also advertised. And all the interior rattles the car had when I test drove are still there, although they claimed to have fixed them. Overall it's an extremely disappointing experience. I wouldn't suggest anyone shop there. You will get taken. I won't go back. More

I was searching for a specific AMG modeled vehicle for some time. Came across the one for me at this dealership, however I am located on the east coast over 14 hours away. Came in contact with salesman Ra some time. Came across the one for me at this dealership, however I am located on the east coast over 14 hours away. Came in contact with salesman Randy Freeman. Randy knew I was hesitant doing the deal over the phone/internet but was quickly able to gain my trust. He did a FaceTime walk around of the vehicle inside and out, answered every txt and call, and quickly gathered any pictures or information I ever requested. We came to an agreement on price and sealed the deal quick and easy. A third party transportation company dropped the ball on getting my trade delivered at a timely manner which in turn delayed my Mercedes from getting to me a few days, this issue had no ties with Mercedes of Columbia or Randy. Even still Randy attempted to make things right by keeping me thoroughly informed and making sure I got some Mercedes gift extras in my vehicle as a surprise when it arrived. His customer service is excellent. Highly recommended. More

This deal is "in delivery phase" long distance (1000 miles) purchase in which I never drove , inspected , missed the new car smell - however the deal was executed over the phone and FedEx' ing paperwork ! Hard to explain how trustful I have remained in the store safeguarding my investment and doing all the "right" things to keep my anxiety to a bare minimum (note: did I mention this was through my hospital stay and now recovery period 🙏).
