The car we were looking for was in the service area being inspected for certification. So we ran errands and he called when the car was ready. Negotiations were pleasant and professional. Deal got done quickly and painlessly. The finance manager was great too. Randy spent a huge amount of time with us getting OnStar transferred/set up and making sure we understood how instruments and electronics worked. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. More
