The sales management staff was helpful but extremely pushy. I had to say no over and over again to the extra warranties before they finally listened to me. When I didn't want to buy the vehicle the night I test drove it they acted offended. I found that if you view their sharades as free amateur theatrics, it becomes more fun. My experience with Grant definitely made going with McDonald GMC worthwhile! More
