The technician was kind, patient and listened to me while I demonstrated the issue. The issue didn’t surface immediately, but he was patient either way me. The team was then able to resolve my issue - the ve I demonstrated the issue. The issue didn’t surface immediately, but he was patient either way me. When I setup the appointment I specifically mentioned an ongoing problem with my left blinker on my 2024 Ram not canceling after making a turn. It has been doing this since I purchased it new. When I dropped off my vehicle for the appointment I specifically reminded them of this issue. I got a call that the vehicle was ready to be picked up and I asked if they addressed the blinker issue and was told they weren’t aware of the issue, but they’d take a look. I got a call saying one of their technicians could not replicate the issue, so they didn’t do anything about it. I picked up the vehicle and the blinker failed to cancel after my first left turn. It was a waste of a day including having to arrange for someone to pick me up from when I left my vehicle at the shop and having to arrange for someone to drop me off to get my vehicle after the appt. Very disappointing. More

I was able to schedule service on a Saturday. Very responsive. Waited for the service, very nice waiting area with snacks. Service was completed within the time indicated. Everything was great.
