The technician was kind, patient and listened to me while I demonstrated the issue. The issue didn’t surface immediately, but he was patient either way me. The team was then able to resolve my issue - the ve I demonstrated the issue. The issue didn’t surface immediately, but he was patient either way me. Have done business here since 2010, always new or leased vehicles. This was my first USED vehicle experience. Financing manager knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Hit the deal done. My sales associate was vehicles. This was my first USED vehicle experience. Financing manager knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Hit the deal done. My sales associate was friendly, informative and a good listener. I was however disappointed at the lack of FULL DISCLOSURE about the vehicle. Car fax was available and a dealer Certified Vehicle. BUT, what car comes with only 1 key. As an expensive Ford Smart key I asked and was told "It only came with1".I thought ok, I'll just get another. We'll I come to find the key they gave me was NOT from that vehicle and the emergency entry key was NOT even cut and worthless. It cost me $468 for a second fob and to cut the original. Also lack if owners manual or even a download link. This is why I gave 3 stars. Also the fact the salesman didn't reach out to me a week or so later to make sure I was satisfied. They seem to be more interested in customers ( someone that buys only once) rather than clients( someone that buys more than once.) As I punched an extended 3 yr warranty for $4k I'm sure I'll have a chance to upgrade my star review at a later dare. Hope this honest review helps you become a better dealership. More

I brought my chrysler Pacifica in because the radio wasn’t allowing other phones to be connected via CarPlay or Bluetooth. They first billed me for a diagnostic and then they said they wanted to instal wasn’t allowing other phones to be connected via CarPlay or Bluetooth. They first billed me for a diagnostic and then they said they wanted to install a software update to fix the issue. I came to pick it up and when I got it. The entire radio was nonfunctional. The navigation system never loaded, and I had no access to the system settings menu. They actually made everything worse. I brought it back in and they charged me another diagnostics fee and told me the entire radio needed to be replaced and billed me for that too. I came to pick my van up again, and when I got it the CarPlay and Bluetooth STILL didn’t work. It was the exact same state as when I originally brought it in to the store. I drove straight back to the service center and talked to someone about the issue for 15 minutes. Within those 15 minutes they discovered a cable plugged in causing the car to think a device was already connected. Unplugging the cable fixed the issue. I spent around $1800 for 2 diagnostics charges, a software update, and a new radio all to find that simply unplugging a cable was the fix to my issue, and none of the other changes were actually necessary. This was my worst experience EVER as a customer, and I will never be coming back. More
